Rebuild checkout validation with inline, specific error messages

Ada Ng wants to merge ada/checkout-inline-errors

Why

Support tickets tagged checkout doubled in September. The top reason: “Error: invalid input” with no hint about which field or what to fix. Fixes #471.

  • Every field validates on blur, and the message says how to recover.
  • Errors are announced once through a polite live region.

How it works

Build the agenda

Pick repositories across your orgs, then the open pull requests that matter today. Or paste a Slack thread and let Dreamhub find them.

Present it

Every pull request is a 16:9 slide with its story, linked issues, checks and screenshots. Arrow keys, a clicker or ⌘K drive everything.

Align on today's focus

Invite reviewers by GitHub username. Each person aligns on the pull requests the team should focus on today, saved as a dated comment on GitHub. It's agreement on priorities, not a merge approval.
